Jim was absolutely amazing. He was so calm, patient, charming and clear with his instructions, and he maintained a good balance between being ”too nice / relaxed” and being strict. The kids liked him alot.

Sophia mentioned to us many times afterwards that she really liked Jim. 🙂

Thank you very much for everything. We had a great time. This will certainly be a sweet memory which is to be cherished for a long time.
